If you have not done so already, please visit the "Pre-Hunt Info" page and use the order form to order free laminized shipping tags and all legal forms you may need for your hunt.

1. Be Sure that all hides you are shipping are properly preserved. If you are not confident that you known how to properly preserve your hide, please feel free to contact us!
2. If you are shipping a salted hide, please thoroughly wrap the hide in burlap or heavy cloth. DO NOT use a plastic bag! Plastic bags will trap moisture which can cause destructive damage such as slipping or rotting of the hide.
3. Please enclose in each shipping container a letter or piece of paper including the following information:
   • Full Name
   • Complete Mailing Address
   • Complete Physical Address (if different from mailing address)
   • Daytime Telephone Number and Evening Telephone Number
   • Hunting License Number
   • Tag Number or Seal Number
   • Fax Number
   • E-mail Address
4. Make sure that all hides, skulls and horns/antlers are shipped in a container that is capable of protecting them from damage during shipment.
5. Make sure that each shipping container is carefully addressed with both the shipping and return addresses very legeible and not capable of being erased or smeared during shipment.

Shipping from Within the US
When shipping your trophies via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or an alternate delivery service, we highly recommend that you make sure you have a tracking number, delivery confirmation and an adequate insurance coverage for all items being shipped.

Shipping from Outside the US
All shipments originating outside the United States should be sent to the port of San Francisco addressed as follows

We suggest that you contact Hunter International immediately upon return from your hunt and provide them details and contact information regarding who has and is responsible for your trophies at the moment. Huner International will closely monitor the progress of your trophy's transportation to the U.S. and make sure that they are promptly and safely delivered to Nature's Design Taxidermy.
