Duane is a true artist.  He is accomplished with both paint  and air brush.  His attention to detail brings our finished mounts to life.  He also mounts all of our fish whether it is a skin mount or a reproduction.  He has worked with us since 2001 and is a major part of our team.

Duane recently attended the Wyoming and Colorado Taxidermist Competitions and has brought home many blue ribbons as well as some specialty awards for his incredible fish mounts.

Wayne has been with us for 3 years and ran his own taxidermy business before that.  He mainly enjoys doing shoulder mounts, but is also experienced with lifesize mounts.

Wayne recently began competing and won a second place on his Caribou mount at the Wyoming Taxidermy Competition.
Wayne Block
Taxidermist/Assistant Finisher
Mike has been with us since the middle of 2007.  He has always had an interest in animals and taxidermy and has picked up his taxidermy skills easily.  Mike enjoys mounting small mammals, but is equally experienced in handling large mammals.

Mike recently competed at the Wyoming taxidermy competition and brought home a 3rd place on his Coyote’s and his incredible Indian boy.

Bill has been doing taxidermy for over 30 years and enjoys helping the other taxidermists with any problems they might have.  He has a good eye for detail and is always willing to try new methods.

Steve enjoys mounting birds, but his main function is as a finisher.  He is very effective in helping Duane with finish work to keep mounts flowing out of the shop.  He is diligent in helping us meet deadlines.

Steve recently won some awards for his Bird mounts at the 2008 Wyoming Taxidermy Competition.

Lori is a hardworking conscientious employee.  She not only handles most of the calls that come in to the shop, but she helps organize the running of the shop.  She has a hand in shipping and receiving of products, tanning, and mounts.  She is meticulous to details and keeps all the records for Game and Fish as well as the production report.

She will help with whatever is needed and is held in high regard here.

Brandon recently started with us and has proven to be a big help in the habitat area.   He also assists the taxidermist by standing up manikins, putting hangers on, and scratching forms. His willingness to learn and try new things means he will gain experience with a lot of things and there is no telling how far he might go.
Brandon Kegler
Lorna has assisted taxidermist with sewing.  She has also taken on the casting and mold making projects.

Under Duane’s watchful eye, she has been learning the fine art to detail as she is training to become a finisher.

Lorna recently took a Hippo reproduction to the Wyoming show where she placed 2nd on her very first competition piece.

It is said that a company's most valuable assets are it's employees. That being the case, Nature's Design Taxidermy is truly a wealthy company. We are very proud of our fine and talented staff!
Come visit our shop and there will be no doubt who really runs the place. Tiger is there to greet each and every person who enters the office and is always glad to give tours.

Tiger is also responsible for inspecting all incoming and outgoing shipments to see if it contains a snack or is nap worthy.

After hours, Tiger is responsible for the security of the office and to make sure none of the trophy mounts misbehave while the staff is out.
